Mit Kulturpreisen in Deutschland und den USA ausgezeichnet und Dutzenden CD-Veröffentlichungen – sowie durch die langjährige Zusammenarbeit mit Barbara Dennerlein und inspirierenden Bandprojekten mit FLUX, Wolfgang Schmid (Passport) und Tony Lakatos (Ungarn/HR Big Band) ist er einer der meistbeschäftigten Gitarristen seines Genres in Deutschland und Europa. Thomas arbeitet auch als Dozent bei Workshops und als Lehrer für Gitarre und Ensemble.
